Sweet Peach by AQCosmetics

I purchased a sample of Sweet Peach Blush by AQ Cosmetics - not to use it as a blush, but as a color corrector. Since I have a cool skin tone, I usually steer clear of peach shades in my makeup. However, after seeing a reel on AQ Cosmetics’ Instagram demonstrating how this product can also be used as a color corrector for light to medium skin tones, I decided to give it a try.

Initially, I was considering the Huda Beauty Color Corrector in the shade Cherry Light, but I decided against it due to the price. I had already mentally noted down a technique for concealing dark circles and spots, including 5 steps:

• Applying a color corrector (according to your skin tone & severity of dark circles/spots) before an eye cream, eye primer, or even a regular moisturizer.
• Setting it with powder (I personally use the pressed version since it's better for dry skin & longevity.)
• Then applying concealer.
• Letting it sit before blending (either with fingers or a damp sponge.)
• And setting it again with the same powder.

All I needed was an effective color corrector.

Since I prefer versatile products, I chose this as an alternative, and I’m so glad I did; I purchased the sample to test the shade, and it worked exceptionally well for my skin tone. It has significantly improved my makeup routine, especially as someone still relatively new to makeup.
