We offer a 7 day money back full refund warranty that is applicable on full size products as long as the product is unopened/unused/sealed intact. Samples are non refundable. We offer a full refund and we will request a product review on our website. Learn more on our return policy here.

We do not offer refunds on samples because samples are a service we are exclusively offering our customers to accommodate them. Since, samples are delivered in our Samplore packaging without the authentic seals from their respective brands, there is no real way for us to verify that the product hasn’t been tampered with/manipulated/opened/used/replaced once delivered/opened, prior to return. The only exception to this rule would be, if you receive a damaged/ broken sample/product.

In order to claim a refund on a damaged/broken sample, please be sure to film the unboxing of your package from scratch to finish. Make sure to show the opening of the courier flier/opening of our box and the unboxing of the samples all visibly in the video as proof of damage done in the delivery process/courier and not by you. Any refund request missing the video will not be entertained.

We require an advance delivery payment of Rs.250 (non-refundable) to confirm your order for COD. If you don’t accept the parcel, the shipping fee won’t be refunded. However we understand that life happens and sometimes you may not be able to accept parcels due to emergencies. In such cases, please reach out to us via instagram/whatsapp. We’ll be more than happy to assist in whatever way we can. Please note: We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns.
