Shipping Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and outlines how we get your favorite Samplore.pk products to you!

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan Only):

  • Free Shipping: Orders above PKR 5,000 qualify for free Standard Shipping (5-7 business days).
  • Standard Shipping: Orders below PKR 5,000 have a flat rate of PKR 250 for Standard Shipping (5-7 business days).

Delivery Information:

  • We use trusted courier partners to deliver your orders across Pakistan.
  • All delivery times are estimates and may vary.
  • We currently do not offer international shipping, but you can inquire about it at samplore.est2024@gmail.com.
  • Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Important Notes:

  • We cannot request specific delivery time slots from our courier partners.
  • Advance payment may be required for orders exceeding PKR 10,000. Details will be provided upon order confirmation.
  • We welcome previous customers who had cancelled orders to try again with advance payment.
